How do I shop with M&I Wholesale Parts?

We have attached our order form for your convenience to place an order. Once the order form is received, we will respond with confirmation and details. 

 

What if my parts are defective? 

We inspect the parts prior to sale to customers. If a part is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective part due to manufacturer error.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for items within 30 days only if item is still sealed in original packaging in the condition you received it in. 

There are NO returns or refunds on electronic parts. 

We DO NOT replace defective items due to customer error. 

 

Can I get my parts shipped directly to me?

Yes, for an additional shipping & handling charge.
